Welcome to my second workshop this year.
This time we will enjoy the world outside.
There will be some falling and rolling studies (if the ground is not too wet), soft acrobatics, locomotion, body and object manipulation working with partners or just by yourself. (Tasks may change becouse of weather)

To move – or to be moved. This is the question here. *Text in english to reach more people*
We will develop different types of movement. There will be some awareness practice, object manipulation, person manipulation, locomotion, strength and partner practice.
Doesn’t matter if you come from dance, martial arts, strength training or no training. What we observe and practice here will improve your own thing for sure.
There is always a way to grow and learn new stuff. Be curious.
